The Alien Life, one panel Comic. Two aliens are looking at litter. The caption reads: "See, this is what I'm talking about. If you can't clean up after your humans, then you shouldn't have one."

Do you see less by reflected light?

I was sitting on a slope of rock,
near enough the water’s edge.
It was the kind of sitting you can only do
when you forget that you are sitting.

It was a mythic spot on the perfect night.
Just the right amount of out of the woods,
and just the right amount of gentle, almost
movement, on the surface of the lake.

The moon was fat and full of light, enough
to draw attention from a sky full of stars.
Such a moon casts a path on the water,
a road that leads from everywhere to you.

There are moments that are not made more
by the introducing of a human hand.
When everything that needs to be is there,
these are holy moments, gifts of life.
